Insurance

Bloomington Pediatric Speech Therapy accepts Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois (Blue Choice Preferred; Blue Choice Options; PPO) or private pay.  A super bill can be provided upon request if you'd like to submit it to your insurance for possible partial reimbursement of services.  

At this point, it is up to each family to verify their speech therapy benefits.  I will submit a claim to the above listed insurance plans, but it is family responsibility to know what is covered.  Any amount not paid for by insurance will be due from the family before any additional sessions will be completed.

Private pay:  Payment is due at the time of service for private pay clients.  Payment options include cash, check, or credit card.
